During a 6 day trip to Michigan, we headed to Grand Rapids to the ‘Wake Wars’ rail event. With a mix of a few Pro’s and a line up of up and coming and amateur riders, the event had a pretty cool feel to it and a large crowd came to see the show. Colin Harrington, Tony Carrol and Austin Hair stood out the most on the first day, and as the night rolled in some new faces started to show what they could lay down. All the riders pushed it by the end of the weekend, especially off of the huge kicker….

Thats was a brutal video of riders falling into a pool, below average rail riding and what looks like the crapiest winch event ever put together… makes wakeboarding look like a joke.

Its great to see an event like that being put on… but im going to have to agree with nate. Watching a rider eat it because of poor construction is just embarrassing.
