Amber Wing - First Female to Land a Heel 720

After a early morning shoot in Clermont, i called Ben Greenwood to see what he was upto. I had a few hours to kill and figured we would go shoot a Trick of the Day or something. So we headed out on Ben’s boat with a few people, one of them being Amber Wing. She started her set pretty normally, until she stomped a TS 720 off the wake - a sign of things to come! Straight after she went for a Heel 720 and came super close. We all knew it was possible, and sure enough she landed one on her 4th try! The first Heel 720 by a female in the sport. Plus, this wasn’t luck, she landed this with ease!!! Props to Amber for stepping it up….

I likey sick! Like to see progression! I remember when men were having a tough time doing 7’s. I remember being at the Wakeboard Camp and seeing a pro woman ride and she was basically doing tantrum roll 2 revert and ts roll 2 revert and some 180s. Sickness!!!
